Trying not to give spoilers, but if you do the strange bun thing to release critters onto your farm, should it include daytime critters, like maybe duggies trying to dig up your garden?
You basically just unlock monsters appearing on your farm at night. No Duggies as far as I know (which is probably for the best).
That's why I suggested it as a toggle. If you want them, then do the strange bun thing. The night time critters are not much more than a nuisance by the time in the game you can unlock them
That is true. Personally, I don't need monsters in Stardew Valley. It's okay to spice up the mines, but in general that gives me little to nothing.
