stop deleting peoples posts

If its a dumb opinion or question, like "When's Beta?", then it deserves to be deleted. Rants like this, also need to be deleted.

 

*Cracks knuckles* It's been some time since I got to write something like this. The mods are doing what they think is best for the community, they are deleting highly repetitive posts (or locking up said forums), posts intentionally aimed at starting fights or posts that are so off-center that they're little more than attempts to run up a post-count.

In honesty, I see a lot of criticism on these forums, and it is rarely silenced. Silenced more often then praise, sure, but that's because critical posts tend to snowball into massive flame wars with two sides at the brink of a good ol' fashioned forum brawl which will result in nothing more then resentment among the community.

See now i'm just re-iterating the people that have replied before me, but again, you can't just say that without some form of proof. I can almost guarantee whatever has gotten you upset is probably because whatever you were saying that got deleted, was not relevant to the (again) Original Post of that topic.

but not when someone posts somethign with evedince about their own speculations of when its coming out showing the evidencd

 

I have not seen a single case where a thread was locked or a post was deleted without a good reason for them to do so. The mods are doing a good job here.

 

Have you ever been a moderator?

The posts that get moderated either contain personal insults or some other violation of the rules.

Plenty of critical opinions of the game are left in tact, it's the trolls that get the full brunt of THE LAW.

Like I said earlier. The only posts I'm seeing disappearing are contentless single gif posts. Which is way overdue in my opinion. That kind of behavior should be punished.
