Steel armour quest no longer opening up missions?

    I don't know how to word this so it's easily understandable, but I'll give it a shot.

    So apparently, after crafting steel armour of all kinds and taking it to the Outpost, I am not getting the coordinates for the mining facility, and thereby not allowing me to get any missions at all. Yet for some reason, I am still able to get ship upgrades by finishing other quests. It only started up this past week and my mods have not changed since, and making new characters of any race does not help. I don't understand why this is happening, perhaps a glitch or something? Can anyone lend help?

    I feel really stupid.

    So I figured out what the problem was, whilst testing a mod out, I had on admin which advanced my character's ship without the need for doing missions, and since I had the mission still active, it wouldn't progress since I already fixed my ship's FTL drive. So basically, using the admin command and forcing the ship to fix itself before you actually can whilst still having that quest active will prevent you from ever doing missions.

    APOLOGIES TO THE LAME MISTAKE I MADE, WHOOPS!!! But hey, if anyone else ever has this problem, now they can find a forum that actually says what's wrong instead of people saying "same" and the threat being close with no closure!

    You said your mods didn't change, however, I'm still interested in which mods you use.
    I know at least one mod that screwed with the conditions for quests in the outpost.

    may I ask which mod that would be? I typically remove a mod right away if I know it mucks up an important function of a game, so if it's one I have, I'll know.

    Uhm... it's... well... not really good PR, but it's Starbound+.

    Yeah, I don't use that one. No offense by anything of course, but I try not to use mods that require me to delete my universe and such mostly out of stubbornness. Still though, I read your mod and it seems neat. But yeah, guess I'm back to square one, huh?

    Say, you ARE using the stable version right?
    If you're playing nightly I'm no help at all.

    Oh and to correct bad PR over there, this HAS been patched in a newer update.
    Just... sayin'... if someone reads that... x.x
