I'm listening to a few on YouTube now, I'll find it really quick. I saw they're described as a southern goth band. Certainly sounds like it. I see why the artist would draw that way.

 

It seems they also have some metal influences as well.

Most certainly, I can hear it.
Eh, it could be better. I've had a lot of time on my hands (this face when no job), but I'm fine otherwise. It's been a long time since I've been able to focus on art.
And yourself?

 

Great actually, just have been busy with work ironically.
That's pretty much it besides the fact I've been listening to a playlist of random Songs from the Cold War from both sides while I was typing this up.

Gotta have that inspiration when you are working on your mods

All my best stuff comes with inspiration from old music (like war/swing/20s-50s). I can't blame you whatsoever.

 

lol, musician and band's name are getting weirder everyday, there're even an artist named "Sexwhale" (Yes thats the name, not something NSFW though)

 

I don't doubt it. I'd expect a name like that for a ridiculous parody band of sorts, but I dunno.
Then again, there have always been strange names for random bands (ie Butthole Surfers), but their music was really weird too. >.>

 

There was once a band named Fecal Matter.

Now that you think of it, Those Poor Bastards isn't really that odd of a name.

My band teacher once had a band called Your Mom and another called Free Beer, so they would put up signs saying 'Come see Your Mom live at.....' or 'Free Beer at....'

 

Feewould beer? That sounds painful.
