Locker -> Extractor -> Pipes of doom, is what should happen.

    Nothing happens.
    help.

(Everything is powered, the correct blocks are in the lockers. I feel this is an obvious problem that i can't figure out.)

This must be a noobish question. but how od the Entity manipulatign items work? I placed many gravity elevators in the right positions but it still wont work. No luck with jump and elevation pads either.

    Is it plugged in?
    Is it on?

  4. Phantaeon

I tried using switches and a battery rack to power it/ put it on.

Btw this problem is notorious. Check about ten pages back.

It would help immensly if you could provide a screenshot... I haven't used those items much so I'm not sure how helpful I can be; but I'm sure someone could spot the problem.

Can't really screenshot it because of various reasonings. But it doesn't matter which of the 3 items I get working.

Have you checked if the adaptor works with the lockers? I'm not entirely sure it does tbh. Also can you try putting a piece of pipe between the extractor and the locker? That shouldn't make a difference but it could.

Sorry, without seeing the setup it's almost impossible to say what is wrong. =(

You can test this by attaching a spout to the adapter and a switch. Then try emptying the locker. If it works, then it's compatible.

Well theres 2possible things I've thought of now. Can they not be powered by battery racks? or do they not work on ships? i'm using MadTulips ship mod thats why it would be usefull in my ship. Also. the reasoning for not being able to screenshot was because I had already destroyed the set-up ( Which is stupid but this is my very first asked question and I didn't know how to put imagines in my replies. ) And I still don't know how the jump pad works since it doesn't even have a node. Levitation pad IDK if you have to use a switch. does FPS affect it? because a large sorting system I made is nearby. (Which does work)

They can be powered by battery racks and they should work fine on ships. Did you charge batteries in the battery rack using a generator?

No. I just put betteries in a battery rack. oh Derp ME! The worst part is that I could've checked another battery rack my friend set up for our power smelter.

Hi guys. I'm curious about one thing. Do batteries maintain their charge when removed from battery station?

  16. Phantaeon

    Phantaeon Scruffy Nerf-Herder

Yes. however the item changes to full battery if its full.

Haven't played Starbound in a while, but one of the mods I used was Sparkz (which is no longer being updated and also noncompatible with the current version of Starbound). What ever happened to the water/poison/lava pipes? I can't seem to find them.

and if it isn't it'll create it's own spot.
for example you have two completely full batteries and on at 99%...that one will be it's own item while the two full batteries would combine.

semi filled batteries are the quickest way to fill your inventory.

not familiar with that mod...I'm assuming that you are referring to the PIPES from Starfoundry, in which case they're very much still there. they can transport the liquid, regardless of type.

    ZodiarkSavior Void-Bound Voyager

No, these pipes were individually colored and would be activated via the wiring system in order to dispense an unlimited amount of whatever liquid.
