Hey there! So I've listened to the soundtrack a few times and it's pretty good, what are your thoughts? What's your favorite song so far? (The TL;DR summary for below: These are my favorite tracks and I'm also disappointed that my long-time favorite isn't in the collection.) My favorite track would have to be Mines (Cloth) because it's a beautiful melody to me, but I'd also need to mention Fall (Ghost Synth) which comes in second place because of the unique synth sounds that make it sound...mystical or something. I can't describe it. But it seems most of my other favorites are under the seasonal themes as well, such as the joyous Summer (Tropicala) and the enchanting Winter (The Wind Can Be Still). It's great that the season and mining themes are so good since we'll be spending so much time farming and mining. Just like most soundtracks, I am just okay with some songs since they have their purpose in the story or a scenario such as a , but I enjoy the greater part of the collection. But my absolute favorite song seems to definitely be missing but I don't know its name! It's in the "Stardew Valley Official Trailer (New)" video from early 2013: The song isn't in the "complete soundtrack" at all, and to me it is BY FAR the best track. Truth be told, it is the song that sold me on the game and made me want to play it, and it assured me that it was going to be a fantastic game. It makes me feel so many emotions, and out of all of the songs that should be in the sountrack, this masterpiece should have been it. I hope it's just a mistake because I can't imagine why it would have been tossed. Where has it gone? I have half a mind to beg Concerned Ape to keep the song in the game or at least release it so I can listen to it alone haha. Has anyone else noticed that it's missing, or noticed another missing song?
Forgot about this old trailer and how it hook me to follow this game. Probably he scrapped this song because it was for trailer pourpose only, Otherwise he could add this in the OST without any problem since there are some OST that adds I never heard in game. And as for the OST, I heard some of the songs and they had this old HM games feeling where you could go around the city chilling.
That's fair and understandable, but you can at least keep playing the trailer in my op right? No spoilers there haha.
