Bug/Issue Stardew Valley not working

When starting the game, the window for game not working pops up and in the ErrorLogs folder I get this message:

Can anybody help?
I have Win10 (64bit) and all drivers are up to date. XNA is installed also tried reinstalling it. .net 4.0 is also up to date and installed.
