Bug/Issue Stardew on Mac

Dear developer, I have seen so many people play this game and even have friends who are loving this game. I want to play SOOOOO bad, but all I have is a mac. PLEASE and mac compatibility so I can play. I even tried running steam through crossover and it didn't work. I would really apreciate if this game could be more compatible with more platforms. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make this available on mac. please
