Weeks ago that happens to me too, and if it is not trustworthy I do not bother to enter.

Anyway this application is abandoned for 1 year or more I think, it is much easier to translate manually, the application does not take into account many factors, for some translations, texts are out of text boxes, you have to modify graphics and Parameters to place the texts, and this application does not do any of that, just converts the translated text to .patch format, and for that there is already another web application, it is not as comfortable but it is just as effective.

It unpacks the .pak file that contains all the files, they are translated with notepad ++ for example (by UTF8), the texts are open to view with a program like that or similar, it may seem complicated at first, but it is quite easy.
