I was watching one of the videos that Molly posted and while I was watching the video I just felt happy. One thing that really got me was the music. The music in this game for some reason reminds me of my all time favorite game "Knights of the Old Republic" and while watching I was just so darn happy and I forgot that I'm not feeling good at all (almost like an anodyne). The soundtrack in this game is beautiful and everything in this game is just great! Anyways, does the soundtrack give you the feels? I was extremely happy and I honestly felt like crying (from happiness). Yes, I'm a weird person but, this is the internet so...

That's probably a duplicated thread but whatever (I see alot of them lately when the beta is around the corner. That's why I said that I hope mods are ready to roll once the game is here :p)
But sure! I find the music in this game to be really magical! It fits into the game really well and everyone seems to love it. I've been listening to it whenever I could the last week or so. Can't wait to hear the music in game on my PC :)

Tranquility Base and Mira causes a heavy dose of the feels. Far, far too peaceful for their own good.

To the one guy who said they haven't heard it, what the heck are you doing? Go download the soundtrack.

No matter how many times I hear it, I still smile when it pops up while watching a video/stream.

Gonna be completely honest: hearing this in the Building Demo is what won me over.

Ultramarine and Vast Immortal Suns get me every time. I don't know what that echoey thing is in Ultramarine. But by god, all I can picture is a figure looking out over a desolate, icy wasteland every time I hear it.

Just finished listening to the soundtrack.I liked Europa the best. But nothing really stood out for me, it's like I'm missing something... like a game to play while listening... hmm.

My favourite is On the Beach at Night. For some reason, it's not included in the soundtrack you get when you preorder it, but you can easily listen to it on YouTube.

The soundtrack of this game is just so... good. It deserves better words, but that's all I can think of right now.

Large Magellanic Cloud is the best. So relaxing!

I've only heard the ones from ingame that came naturally (something screwed up with my zip file download??) but I always feel like shit cuttign down irreplaceable trees with that type of music.
Unfortunately a lot of the time it's also incredibly unfitting fr the setting. Somehow awakening woods seems off for tarry deserts and pculemon orchards

So dig the music in this game a lot, it adds to it and gives me some feels, but with any game that I have played for 100+ hours, I will mute it. Just a fact of life that the same music after so many times makes me lose interest. I would love to see a game like this integrate a playlist function so I can use local files but control via the game, or streaming radio options. Or really just fix the alt-tab bugs so I can control my music better.
