Starbound soundtrack in Apple Music and NOT in Spotify

Hi guys,

As you know, Starbound soundtrack author, Curtis, took off the sound track from Spotify claiming that the OST was not complete.

Now, exactly the same soundtrack has appeared on Apple Music and Curtis does not answer to any of my questions about why it is there and NOT in Spotify.

I believe is not fair for Spotify users to have the soundtrack in Apple Music and not in Spotify specially after him taking it off from the latter.

Why is the soundtrack not being complete a good reason to take it off from Spotify but not so such good reason to prevent it from getting to Apple Music?

 

Probably monetary reasons, maybe Spotify was dickish, who knows, who cares really, its his work, Im much more interested in hearing the experimental tracks anyhoo.

 

I can assure you that it isn't due to greed or spiteful reasons. What you are experiencing is the harsh and unfair quasi-reality known as the current state of copyright in the music industry. Blame Spotify, not Curtis. Trust the artist, not the sharks that feed on his work.

 

I think that you might be right and this is Spotify's fault. Problem is we don't have any update on the issue
