You guys need some new songs for long and cold nights in your lonely starship? Why not take mine?
Nearly 400 songs (a few german, but not too much). There are a few tracks that are mediocre, but most are good or simply awesome.

Notes:
- Some are named "Various - ..."; those are songs i didn't know the artist who made them, or there are more than one.
- Themes - ..." are Soundtracks and such.
- A few are named "(3) ...", those are the number of parts in the file. You can ignore that for now, Starbound doesn't support more than one voice so far.
- Oh, and some of the songs in the list came from chucklefish with the last patch, so there might be a few duplicates (like Jingle Bells). Haven't checked them so far.


Installation:
Simply extract the Zip to your Starbound songs folder
(something like X:\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\assets\songs)
If you restart the game and use an instrument, you should see your new music archive.


Credit goes out to Zarpd who collected some of them, and all the guys who made the files.
I don't take credit for any of the songs, i just collected, sorted and renamed them. Give me some feedback if you like Have fun!

just open notepad/editor, copy the text those ppl posted there and save the file as "name.abc" and copy it to your song folder

 

No "Highway to the Danger Zone" or Moon theme from Duck Tales?

 

Darn.... you don't have Moonlight Sonata 3rd movement... thats the best one it's just that it always converts horribly for me

Anyway did you use a midi converter or did you actually custom make them?
(thats the make or break for me sadly)

Sorry, i haven't found them so far. There is a Duck Tales Theme, but it sounds plain horrible. You don't wanna have this one, friend, trust me (and I looove Duck Tales, game and tv show )

I actually downloaded them all from different ABC-file sites all over the web I made none of them myself, but i played all of them for a bit to hear if they sound alright (or, at least if my ears aren't popping out of my head and fleeing in terror).

I haven't spend much time with the modding system so far, what do I have to do?
