Starbound Process Continues to run after being closed out

    Exactly what it says on the title, I noticed steam reporting that I was still in Starbound after closing out both the launcher and the game window. checked the processes in the task manager and found it was still running.

    I just force quit the process in the task manager, but yeah its good you pointed this out part of the reason we are here right?

    Ran into this same issue earlier. Opened task manager to find 3 instances of Starbound.exe running.

    All of my wat.

    bit of an update, I haven't had this problem in the last few days. It also appeared to continue running when I experienced a crash.

    Yep this happened to me. It also causes steam to think your still in game when your not. It shows I put 11 hours into this game and I know I havent played nearly that much. Id of died of boredom before I played 11 hours.
