Starbound on Playstation 4

I was wondering when the game would come to the platform. I only own consoles so am extremely exited to play this game as it looks amazingz. Don't get mad at me for not looking it up because I have and it was said to be leaked in an interview to be in 2013. But I haven't seen any sources so a simple answer would be nice for me and anyone else that owns a Playstation 4.

 

If it comes to any console it will not be for a very long time. They still have to fully release the PC version before even thinking about ports.

 

Indeed, they have much to finish up at the moment before considering other platforms; as it is they are already struggling between Windows, Mac and Linux, and still having a deadline to meet with pushing Beta content.

 

Darn. lol. It kind of sucks. Every game I like is only on PC but keeps being delayed for consoles... DayZ, Minecraft, Planetside 2, Starbound... Etc. sucks to not have a good PC.

 

I believe that when Starbound is optimised, it should live up to its realistic rather low end system specs. You wouldn't need a monumental juggernaut of a gaming PC to play either Starbound, or Minecraft for that matter. I don't believe DayZ would be exceptionally taxing too. A simple DIY PC ought to do the trick. =)

Just.... wow? How haven't you upgraded/built/bought a new PC since then?

 

I own a Playstation 4! It's not like I need a PC. All my favorite games are eventually coming to PS4 so I'm all good. I'm sending this on my iPad mini which is dope. I will eventually get one though. When I'm older and have money. lol.

 

Once the beta testing is done and the official game is out it would probably be a few months after. the Beta itself is going to also last a few months.

Final sumation: Not anytime soon.
