Feedback Starbound needs a public access dedicated server depot on steam

Currently the dedicated server depots on Steam require purchasing the game. Valve recommends that you use a separate account for dedicated servers, so this would require purchasing a second copy of the game for running a remote dedicated server.

Also, currently people who purchase the game through GoG cannot run a dedicated server without a steam subscription to the game, and dedicated servers cannot auto update themselves unless it has a steam account with the game purchased.
