Outdated Starbound+ Modkit <= Spirited5 Nyaa

i wouldnt if i knew how quick explanation please?

 

What i do when i encounter those errors is i make another folder in the girrafe_storage called DisableMods to look wich mods might be the problem
I would start with putting frackinuniverse or yourstarboundcrew in there first, cause i've had some problems with those.

 

Just go to your giraffe_storage folder, open the starbound.log file (not one with a number) and copy it's content in here.

 

Please don't tell me the game save file is corrupted now. I thought the biome thing was made to generate it everywhere so it would be enough just to somewhere further so that new systems are generated.

That was the old one. And no, my mod doesn't actually corrupt files (unlike CERTAIN mods *cough*), it's completely intact, just not compatible with this mod version.
And the mysterious star system was, but I reworked the whole stellar system, not only added a new planet.
That's quite more complicated, universe-file wise.

yeah game works fine with no mods and without SB+

 

Sounds reassuring, but I downgraded Starbound+ and the game crashes. I load up my character, the interface shows up, and the whole thing just qtd's.

Huh, you're sure you didn't just downgrade one version? There was a non-changed fix in the meantime.

Even thinking twice about it, there are no core changes made to the char or the universe that would corrupt your save, or rather, would even log you in to get it corrupted.

 

Downloaded the previous version from the version history page here, I'm not sure if it's the same I used before, but seems like it.

Draceon, you could try using Base and Armorchips, maybe he's not too comfy with the missing full_tiers.
