There is no forum for "fan-starbound-fake-clones", so I've decided, to put it here --- I have created this "demo" just to see how does Starbound looks in-game. So now you can touch the game a bit It's really simple: All graphics are made by Chuckefish, I've just created some kind of a "playable screenshot", so the only thing I own here is game code (which I can share too, but it's ugly as hell). It's written in Lua using the Love2D engine. I'm currently thinking about adding more features (shooting, monsters and maybe simple multiplayer) I don't know how it's possible to prove that it contains no viruses and other bad things. Okay you even made the trees wiggle and the background parallax, I am pleased How did you do that?! I think the walking could be a little faster and the jumping not quite as high. Great work! (I would also make the jump key "Space" rather than W, or perhaps both)
