I would just do a outpost replacement. Nothing too fancy, just say, a bit of presidium, or a very specific place in the Wards...

I think the wards would be cool. I've been searching for a cyber styled area and I do feel like the outpost is lacking. Is it possible to make an entire biome that's styled like a large cyberpunk-city?
Aside from the Normandy, you already have access to all the SMEE items by crafting the mod station and atomic decomposer. For the Normandy, you'll have to modify the player.config.patch file to add your desired race. I'm currently looking into the problems with allowing players to change ships at will.
I should also mention that the SMEE armors won't really work with that race. I mean you can wear them but the sprites won't look good at all.
No. The Normandy is only available to SMEE races. You can modify your player.config to change that, though.
I'm sure if I deleted the USS Polaris mod the ME mod would work I have the correct dependencies but I need an Enormous ship for my "Workshop" (IE, Gunshops, Black smith, Beds and alot of other shit) but I'm gonna install the ME mod and delete the USS Polaris I'm a big ME fan it appeals to me so I'm gonna find another ship so yeah, and also I'M COMMANDER SHEPHERD AND THIS IS MY FAVORITE MOD IN THE CITADEL!
This mod is really awesome! I love how much work has been put into this, Mass Effect is one of my favorite RPG series, but one problem I have is how big the guns are. They look great, and I realize if you make them smaller they wouldn't be as detailed, because of such large pixels. It just kind of annoys me when I see my weapon clipping through stuff is all. Other than that, it's super cool! Keep up the great work!
