Closed Starbound making multiple screenshot folders

I was perusing through my steam games and when I highlighted my Starbound only two screenshots appear that were taken during the same session. The other three just show an exclamation mark saying it couldn't be displayed. This happened to me once before and I just thought the folder got corrupted somehow. When I go into my directory though there are multiple, separate folders for Starbound's screenshots. It seems that each time I play a new session it makes a new folder for that instance. Does anybody else have this happen?
