We are it's members, even its founders, those of us who have bought the "game." If you looked inbetween the lines, you'd see nothing. So look at the lines themselves. Starbound isn't just a video game coming out... Chucklefish has created a way to insert a person INTO a video game. Why do you think it's taking so long to come out? Obviously, it's because bugs are keeping people who go in from coming out. They want us to be fully immersed into this world. They want us to be Starbound. We'll be the NPC's building houses, surviving. And the devs will insert their computer based models and kill us for resources. Laughing maliciously at us. Everyone has heard of the Illuminati, but I don't think everyone knows who they are, or why they exist/existed. I didn't know until reading Angels & Demons/ whichever book it was. It's also annoying when games tend to pick one topic, like zombies or Illuminati, as the bad guys. Every game does it, so why is yours special? I mean, 7 days to die and Deus Ex are good examples of making the idea either your own/making it work.
