Starbound FPS problem

I have a problem about FPS on starbound, with my old cpu (intel i5 760, not 7600) my pc was capable to run the game at 60 fps on every place in the game, and now with an amd ryzen 5 2600 the game runs at 30 fps, rarely on 40 fps, and on some places the game goes at 10 fps, even with rain the game goes at 15 fps. What can i do? i don't have any mods installed, i have 8 gb of ram and an AMD RX560 oc pulse gpu
