Starbound Dreams - How I know I have a problem

So last night I had a dream. And within this dream, I was dreaming that Tiy sneakily hid the Starbound trailer in the daily update. The trailer was awesome. It didn't show much gameplay and had a strange focus on Big Ape but it was still awesome. Then, within the dream I woke up from that dream and was so upset it was just a dream... Only to find out that it wasn't and that the trailer was actually released! Not only that, they released a strange version of the game where you could walk around in this small area and all you could do was try out all the different weapons and some creatures would spawn to kill. Thats it. No mining, no exploration, no ships. Either way, I was so ecstatic to be playing some form of Starbound!

Then I woke up for real. And I was sad... and slightly worried for my sanity...

Any other Starbound dreams out there?

Dreamed about the beta release several days ago. I remember the release date in the dream was Sep 28... I'll wait and see how much off I was.

 

Sadly I haven't dreamed about Starbound yet, just random weird things I talked about in the general chat thread ... creepy stuff, you wouldn't even believe the sh#$ I've seen in my dreams.

My therapist says not to discuss my dreams with people I don't know.

 

I had a dream that a large guy was eating watermelon, then I realized that the large guy was me and I was sad. I have gotten over it though, I now have watermelon too.

 

No Starbound dreams but I have had a lot of dreams where aliens invade and I have to fight them off.

 

I had a dream where I almost headshot a member of one of the clans.

 

I had a dream the other night about Starbound. Pretty much it had just, finally, come out and I was psyched. I went to play but instead of actual gameplay, I was fooling around outside of my Grandmas house trying to start a fire and gather food before it got dark, and yet noticed nothing wrong about any of that...

Still, was still sad when I woke up! I was so excited in my dream.

 

Yeah, the part of the dream where I got to play was strange because every weapon was available. It was cool but even in the dream I was thinking it was strange that they decided to spoil ALL of the weapons like that.

 

but there generated not static so how does that work

 

Been dreaming about beta release date a lot really. They're extremely vague though, can't recall even playing the damned game.

 

chucklefish is trying so hard to prevent a leak they have now added a feature that prevents us from having dreams were we play it

 

Dang, all you guys dreamt about pretty good stuff...

Had one of those dreams where a fat guy chases me, I then laugh hysterically, then he turns into some sort of demon, and I run for my life

 

Yes, there are a bunch of generated ones but there are also hundreds of pre-designed weapons that have been added for each race.

Oh, I'm sure it will just get worse when the game comes out. Last week I couldn't even close my eyes without seeing my Terraria character mining. I get a feeling it'll be worse with Starbound.

My actual dreams are just weird, though. Like I'm at a party and there's this T-Rex that chases people when you flick a switch but then if you feed it a chair or two crackers it stops. Or I go home and my dad's keeping the preserved corpse of a german duke in the dining room.
