Closed starbound closes after opening

Hi, i have a problem with starbound, when i open the game on steam, he instantly closes and i can't play, i tried to verify the files integrity and steam downloaded a file but nothing happened i Love starbound

 

i am getting this error pls help !

 

Same its about a missing .dll im almost sure... try to go into C:/System Progams(x64/86/etc)/Steam/steamapps/common/starbound/win32(or)64/ and try to run it from there. I tried installing the pack windows one I tried to delete the config file that was inside the giraffe folder but my starbound still does not open the launcher opens normally but when I go to open starbound not open Amazingly the unstable branch opens normally already tried everything something else I can try other than to format my computer (also already tried to turn off the antivirus) pls help
