I'm pretty sure it's an AES code, but the thing is, we need a key of some sort. I guessed single letter decryption, but its wrong.

If you want to try it out this link is an AES encryptor/decryptor. I'm gonna stop trying for today... my head hurts.

Lets all go pester someone who knows the key.

So what ended up being the key you used to decrypt the message?

 

I decided AES wouldn't be useful anymore, we didn't have an adequate key.

So, I went onto wikipedia and found that ROT-13 seems usable, so I tried it, and it came out like so.
