Starbound Chronicle Secret Message

    So there seems to be a secret message hidden in that picture in the Starbound Chronicle. Alright, not so secret, but it's got to be decoded! It may contain info about Starbound's release date! If anyone has any leads on how to solve it, post here and with luck we can solve it soon!

    aaand the rest is a slightly modified IP adress that needs decoding.
    Anyone feels up to the task?
    (Perhaps one needs to be in an altered state of mind to read this? Like being after a several rounds in a centrifuge? Does anyone here own a centrifuge by any chance? I could volunteer...)

    Very convoluted, but you might be on to something!

    Do not believe mollygos, she only wants to discourage us. They are testing our perseverance to see if we are worthy!

    I figured out something, triple dots count a spaces.

    I'm pretty sure I got it about 70% figured out.
