Poison damage from weapons (2-hand swing-down sword confirmed) deactivates aggressive AI for the duration of the poison, slowing and domesticating the afflicted enemy until the poison wears off or extra damage is inflicted with another weapon.

I'm not sure quite how to report this, but I had a 2-handed poison sword that swung downwards, like the first sword you start with, and I was fighting the second boss on a long stretch of flatland that I made. Every time I hit him with the poison sword it would slow him down and allow me to get away, normally I have to double-dash to even think about putting space between me and it. Once I'd get about 20 blocks away, estimating, he'd forget about me and stand idle until the poison wore off (sometimes after), I approached him (5 blocks away while still poisoned), or I shot him with my non-poisoned bow. Once the poison wore off, he'd become aggressive again but sometimes he'd forget about me for a few seconds.

It's most prominent with the second boss, but I noticed it for the bigger, tougher night-monsters too. The ones that could survive a hit with enough HP.

If anyone wants to try it out themselves, fight the boss and equip a very weak poison weapon. Make sure to fight him on a big flat stretch of land, I'm not sure how he'll react on mountains or hills.

 

Placing a spawner into the 3D printer allows you to scan it and detracts from current pixels but the spawner does not appear on the list of 3D printable objects.

 

It's not just the Avian merchants, it's nearly all of them except for the gun merchants and the food merchants

 

you can get to the bottom of the map by placing blocks in the lava and then removing them with a pickaxe or some other tool. the bottom of the world seems to instantly kill you, but still, its weird to be able to to this.

 

It also can be repaired with diamonds. Silly because diamond ore is the only ore that claims it can be used for repairs in the description.

 

Typo:
The Floran examine text for grape vines call them "green eyeballs," but the actual sprite for the grapes shows purple grapes, not green.

 

i believe copper and iron also has it in their description that it can be used to repair tools.

 

Non-hostile NPCs seem to become aggressive only for 1 second and then immediately return to passive when hit with fire enchanted weapons. Not sure if poison does the same.

Just found a "Weapon" named "Throwing Blocks"
it doesnt deal damage, but thats not the problem

If you throw them, they stick to the location.
You can Mine them - no problem
BUT they create also a Background Block.
That means, you throw 4 blocks, and you can mine 8 back

 

Not sure if it's a bug or a fluke, but it seems like since you can no longer attack through walls, attempting to break something near a wall becomes a little difficult. It's like it registers that your weapon is impacting a wall, but gets confused about which side of the wall you're on.

Not a huge issue, but a mildly irritating one.

 

When you put things in the refinery and the pixels go over 10k, it starts the count back to 0 because there isn't enough space for the extra numbers

 

i'm having a bug were wen i craft a crafting table it said i got 2 not sure if just me but i did only get one (just a bit odd)

 

I can't run game. Clicking play, steams shows message that I'm playing in Starbound and after few seconds shows that I'm online. That's it. I checked process lists and game doesn't start at all.

Windows 7 64bit
Latests steam, game purchased and installed today so it is latest version.

I (accidentally) locked my computer. Now every time I try to open the character I was using, the game crashes.
Can someone else test this to see if it happens on any computer?

 

Hold on. I'll test it right now.

Edit: It seems to work fine other than a bit of lag when I come out of being locked

 

I can't find assets in my star bound folder, how do i do it...

 

You know what, another thing happened. After my computer was locked, I was trying to type my password, which includes the letter 'p' in it, but when I pressed 'p', my screen configuration thingy popped up (it has computer only, projector, duplicate and something else). I think I might have clicked one of those options and then went back to computer only... oddly enough, when I hit the screen-configuration-thingy button, it now just writes the letter p. But the p key still writes p.

 

I cant find "player" in "assets" i cant find the folder "assets" for mac, could you write down a walkthrough

 

As of Indignant Koala, the Durasteel tier of weapons and racial armor aren't showing up on the crafting list.
