Odin's his name and he is a Glitch

His armor looks similar to this (in the spoiler it may be big image btw) except without the helmet and with red trim at the waist.

His face is a red metal skull with bright red eyes.
He wears a Bandana on his head.
And lastly he carries an Light Machine Gun or Assault Rifle. (Or even a minigun. >)
