This is correct. The only thing I do is change the eye shine color slightly so it's not affected by the body color options.

 

I can definitely understand why you might be a little uneasy about nightly builds. Though considering how not that many mods are being updated for Starbound nowadays and the Fenerox is still in very early WIP, I think your alright. Now lets say your mod had few of the core components finished already, (the ship, armor sets, dialog, NPCs, towns [?], and/or maybe some unique objects) THEN you might want to consider halting your nightly builds until Starbound gets that bounty hunter update or something.
