I know it's probably been suggested before, (Possibly already in the game) but I'd just absolutely love if StarBound could include these three sub-block types for different kinds of blocks. I'd feel so less limited to building if we had these!

Stairs are already in the game. When you place platforms at angles they connect and form stairs that you can walk up and down.
Pretty sure all blocks are squares, but we'll be able to walk up and down single block high inclines.
Yes but I don't want it for the ability to easily walk up/down.. I'd like it for the purpose of being purely atheistic by adding some more variety into the game.
I think you meant "Aesthetic" . No worries. But yes, as was previously mentioned I believe there is only going to be square blocks. I haven't read or heard anything in regards to creating curved or angular sides in structures.
