Not a single crop plant isn't on a sprinkler yet my spouse professes to have watered some of them. My Barn and Coop have auto-feed systems yet my spouse says they fed all my animals. My only fences are gateposts plus I have a Gold Clock preventing decay yet they profess to have repaired my fences. Had I no pet I bet they'd still say they filled its water bowl. They've made me meals for which we had none of the ingredients (though that I don't necessarily mind too much 'cause maybe they bought those themselves). I guess the solution is to attempt to run or perform the tasks before populating into their day's dialogue, or just be comprehensive about where you look/how you test to tell if they can do them.
