She had kids, but I have no idea how old she is. I had to laugh myself, i never found those, but I never looked in Marnies room either

 

Based on her picture/behavior I'd say she's probably mid 40's.

That being said I'm not surprised to see she's shagging the mayor, Probably gives one heck of a tax break.

Relatively normal? I just wish there was an option to help them come out in the open. Marnie is talking about being "single", so she's divorced if she was ever married and Lewis doesn't appear to have any family either. No idea why they keep it secret, the child found out anyway.

 

To add on to this, once you befriend Lewis he will ask you for truffle oil while mentioning "don't ask why"

I guess something is a little bit dry...

 

Yeah, I don't really get why they have to keep it a secret? Sure there's an age gap (I keep thinking the mayor is almost as old as MC's grandpa since I think they were both friends/childhood buds or something), but Marnie is single as she mentions, and the Mayor appears to be single is well. Unless there's something I'm missing, there should be nothing to be ashamed about being together?

Maybe Marnie is much younger than we think? Maybe that's the taboo? /flipstable

Or maybe the Mayor IS married (lol) but I highly doubt it.

 

Dunno, the age gap isn't even that big. And Marnie has a child but is apparently divorced given the age of the child I'd put her in the 40+ range. The mayor seems to be 55-60~ish. At that age, the gap is neglectable. Heck it's not even much of a deal in general once both people involved are adults. Maybe it's because she doesn't want to burden her daughter with it but her daughter already knows.

 

I saw that too but can't get into the room, but it gave me a good chuckle when I realized what it was haha

 

Marnie doesn't have a daughter, Jas is her niece. I thought she was her daughter before too until she started calling Marnie "Auntie" when I befriended her and I was like ohhhhh.

Leads me to believe that Marnie is actually much younger than we think. Perhaps early in her 30s or at the very least late 20s

 

That makes Lewis unwillingness to own up to the relationship even worse. Seriously, both of them are adults! The Valley needs more people, they can do their part! Just think about little Manliss and Lewli.

 

I was looking everywhere for those! Gotta love CA putting all this subtle stuff in the game.

 

If you go to the Saloon when Marnie and Lewis go on Friday you find Marnie staring longingly at Lewis.
