I've got to grips with all of Wargroove's custom tools except for one. I've seen people put effects into speech bubbles like having a word shake about and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it. Does anyone know? Thanks! Here's an example of what I'm talking about.... The lack of response makes me wonder if this can only be achieved by modding. But this stuff exists in the official campaign, and it was my understanding that everything in that campaign could be achieved in custom ones.
