Spawning merchants

Hello. I was decorating my ship and catched the idea: avian bazaar. Ofcourse i placed some stalls, but to make it cool i need to know, how to spawn NPCs and bind them to shop. Anybody knows the trick?

 

So you can find merchants spawner in chests. But the thing is, it will spawn a merchant from a random race. Plus the spawner breaks after you placed it and the guy spawned. You canstill kill it but... you will need a new spawner.

 

No-no-no, im not about that one. I meant the merchants from vilages. I know i need to use admin mod or something like that, but i don't know the console comand.
