Spawning Higher Tier Procedural Weapons?

Currently you can spawn procedural weapons with the /spawnitem [rarity][weapon] command but is there any way to spawn them at a higher tier strength cause I'm only spawning crappy ones.

I imagine it works for other levels too, changing the last number.

Code:

/spawnitem <rarity><weapontype> <quantity> '{"level": X}'

Example:

/spawnitem raredagger 1 '{"level" : 10}'
/spawnitem commonbroadsword 1 '{"level" : 4}'
