Spawners!

Watching leth's stream last night(dec1st). Toy was in the chat and he was explaining alittle about a spawner leth found and it spawned a chef, Tiy said that there are lots all around the world however they are quite rare.


I was just wondering about everyone's input on the whole spawner system. Some are common like villagers that don't do anything wile guards are more rare and you can get scientists and chefs and stuff

Didn't Leth request for others not to record his streams?

He has threatened before that he'll stop streaming, unless he changed his mind or something.

 

At least 11 hours, I'd say.

I saw the spawners when he was live, it was rather cool.

 

Youtube isn't even attempting to load the video on my end, so my guess would be longer than you'd ever care to wait.

Also, Leth has indeed said he doesn't want people recording his streams.

He doesn't need a reason, he has asked people not to do so; thus we should respect his wishes. If he wanted his streams recorded, he would have it set up so that Twitch records them for later viewing. I would honestly remove the link to the video Ariexe.

 

You shouldn't question it, he doesn't want it recorded, therefor you shouldn't.

Yeah, in the interests of respecting Leth's request.... This should probably be taken down. He doesn't even record his own streams

 

i never recorded, I found it on youtube.

LETS TALK ABOUT SPAWNERS

 

Can someone explain to me why he doesn't want his streams recorded? He doesn't record them himself or provide any way for people to view his streams outside of viewing them live, so he has no gain from trying to get other recordings of his content to not happen.

 

I think it may be to avoid people, mainly wiki, from breaking down and documenting every point flaw and exploit before the game is even realized. This is just my guess though

Bart doesn't want his streams recorded for obvious reasons (source code), Leth just probably doesn't want people getting hits off of his work.

 

I believe one of the mods yesterday started recording the footage and was going to ask permission to upload it before putting it on youtube today, so we may very well see the stream anyhow. It was a little boring, admittedly. D2King10 did most of the action-ish gameplay and Leth just kinda wandered around and died, also he was sleep-deprived after a while and just started making a face with blocks in the terrain.
