Spawn items?

    So i was wandering around looting a dungeon when all of the sudden i noticed my gold pick was gone.
    I havent used it that much and i dont think they brake and dissapear. So now instead of going through and making a
    new one witch is a pain to do im woundering: What is the command to spawn items? I remember hearing that you could
    do that.

    A buddy lost his mainhand weapon twice last night. Once was immediately after a death and the other time I'm not sure about. Wonder what causes it.

    (I have no idea what the command is)
