I dont know what has already been said but i would like to be able to fly my spaceship around the place!! instead of just choosing to travel somewhere and magically teleporting there!
There would be an big problem.... The game is in 2D, so i cannot think from an decent way to implement this. Maybe the supreme gods developers that create this game can think an way
The problem is that space isn't filled with stuff...space is rather empty. You cut the middle with warp drives though, this has also been discussed somewhere else in GD I believe.
