Something apparently happened to the Perfect Armor set to make it worse. Can someone please explain.

    If that is true then what is the best armor set?

    Under the 1.3 update notes, under "Minor Changes / Bugfixes", it says
    "Perfect armor set now slightly weaker than tier 6 crafted armors"

    So I guess there's the answer to both questions :)
