Bug/Issue Some Techs, Grappling hooks, and Hookshot disabled

    Problem persists in both Windowed and Fullscreen
    This is played through Steam, using the Steam Workshop for mods

    I had beamed up to my ship from Cygni 12B I, a moderately radiated planet. (-876112995, 718048658)
    From there I found that the titular items weren't activating: A number of Techs, consumable grappling hooks, a Hookshot MkIII, and a Relocator.
    Possibly relevant info: I had recently entered a teleport door on this planet that sent me to (I assume) a FU dungeon that was based around the Relocator and a Punching Bag 'monster'. I had died from a saw trap somewhere in the middle, during the 'how can you perform under pressure' section.

    The following Techs do work:
    Head Techs: Healing Focus, Avali Glide
    Body Techs: Stamina, Speed Booster
    Leg Techs: Boosted Jump, Hover Field, Powered Flight

    The following Techs do not work:
    Head Techs: Distortion Sphere, Distortion Sphere II, Precursor Microsphere
    Body Techs: Dodge, Dash
    Leg Techs: Multi Jump, Rocket Jump, Pulse Jump, Aim Glide

    I have restarted the game, my computer, went back to the planet, then beamed back up, to no avail.
    However, starting a new game, with the same mods, the issue goes away for that character.

    Coming back here to give an update. Problem solved, I guess?

    Went to play the bugged character again after a day away and the problem was gone.
    All Techs now work, as do the grappling items.

    Before my adventuring for the day, I went and used [/admin 1] to spawn a Flightfire to take the place of grapples.
    After removing the various grappling items from my inventory into a chest, I went to check one last time to see if the techs worked.

    Lo and behold, the Sphere Techs worked. As did everything else, grapples included.

    I do not know how or why things changed back to normal, but maybe removing the grapples from the inventory kicked something into gear? The [/admin 1] command hadn't fixed anything before, so that likely isn't what fixed it.

    Glad to see the problem gone, at least.
