Some pretty worlds I found this morning whilst testing Rain

Anyways, I'm most curious about the variety of items and other things are have been displayed. I'm curious how many uses will each of these things will have?

OT: Is the background the same on every world? (except the tentacle planet?)

I doubt it. It could be that the two worlds were similar enough, that it is still in dev, or a number of reasons. The simple fact that there is a tentacle planet means that there are more than one background. I can't imagine tentacles being one of two :alien:.

The last two cave screenshots are amazing. The rain looks like an excellent new feature as well. Will rain fill up lakes and such and maybe cause them to flood? Will there be rain with different attributes like acid rain?

 

I cant wait for this game! Can I just like give you my money or my credit card maybe? lol

 

I recommend to make the water droplets a little shorter, overall good

 

I think it looks better when animated

All of these look really amazing. I can't wait for this game! I especially like the ice cave/tunnel.


Am I the only one getting Super Metroid vibes from this screen?

 

wonder if we can get a percentage complete or some timeline to show us just how massive this wait could be

 

I kinda like the idea of that. No details posted on what their to-do list is. Just a "percent complete: _%" icon somewhere on the home page. It would allow the forum and people looking for a release date to estimate one on their own without the developers saying anything that's set in stone (besides their declared "late summer" which is anytime from now up into September when Summer ends). Everybody wins!
