Closed Some mobs won't die

On occasion, since the last update, I've seen a number of mobs whose life I've reduced to 0, but rather than the death animation, they just flash continually and keep chasing/attacking me. At this point, they're invincible, and there's not really anything I can do to get rid of them without teleporting away.

 

Because of the Universe wipe, I went and redone the Quest chain to see if it updated with new ones. I went to a Threat Level 2 Forest planet with poison ponds, mobs would take poison damage until it hit right before 0 and become invincible and jump around but not affecting my character (since there was no character wipe, I retained all my items).

 

I've had one that ran away while invincible to get stuck in a wall, several to reach the same point via poison, and three so far that I've stabbed until they went invincible, but they kept attacking me. I think it's all the same bug - death isn't triggering.

 

I've encountered this bug several times too. It seems more likely to happen if you kill multiple mobs at once but that might just be a coincidence.
