Modding Help solved: The game didn't start properly

Hey guys, have a little couple of months i didn't mod and i made a new mod today (a very simple one, to be honest i just changed the name and the image of a weapon) and the game didn't start properly after i put it in the mod folder.

note: I made the metadata correctly, i checked 4 ou 5 five times the code and its everything ok!

solved, was other mod, one that was wrong...

 

Maybe you should include something in the title stating that this is solved.
If you don't know how to do this, there should be a little button that says "Thread tools". Click that, and edit title should be there.
