Modding Discussion Sod to make your farm green!

I'm working on making a replacement flooring that you can use to make your farm green. It will change with the seasons (Yay ContentPatcher options!)

What I want to ask, is what outdoor place able floor tile would you mind the least being replaced? It is infinitely more easy to replace than add. (Though once I get as far as adding new things I might go back and make this mod add a new craftable.)

For now, it'd help me a lot if you'd vote!

 

I went ahead and released it with Gravel Path replaced. Eventually I'd like to make it a new item entirely. If enough people ask I can easily swap out a different tile and make it an optional file. https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/2414?tab=description

 

i'd prefer replacing the more "un-natural" floors, I try to make my farm as "naturey" as possible =3

 

Next day I have free time I could easily make an alt-download replacing the straw floor instead. Making it in the first place is the hard part. I'd just have to change a few lines in the text files, pretty much.

 

i never use the gravel path, so that works for me.

 

I added an alt download on Nexus that lets you use Straw Floors. Just purchase the recipe before you download it. Not sure if it's an issue with the beta or I need to change something with the mod, but with my test characters the recipe would disappear without showing up in the crafting screen. I did see a similar report at some point non-mod related I think. So let me know if it works for you.
