I found trees with rainbow wood on a desert planet in an oasis. It gives you multicolored wooden planks...groovy.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, though.

 

I got the bonehammer and slaughtered an entire prison with it

 

Yeah I was just there. I too scared for that mess.

 

I've found a few groves of those, keep an eye out for chests around there. They'll have blueprints for rainbow wood based items. I love how the bed looks.


I found another legendary sword! This one is Nova Splitter, and while I wouldn't really bother talking about it (it's a terrible, terrible weapon. .80 swing, 1 pierce, and 10 damage.) it's actually cool for another reason! It was featured in one of the daily/weekly/kinda whenever-y updates! I also shlepped my way through an icy wasteland and found a bunch of crafting recipes, sadly none for a fridge. Another planet was filled with Apex science lab ruins, so I disassembled those for the iron blocks in hopes that the tier one boss can't smash those. I found a second Pulse Jump mod, so I stashed that away for whenever I get on a server and find someone without it. Anyways, that's it for a bit. I need some sleep. Have fun playing guys!

 

Do you remember what kind of planets/the coords of any planets with rainbow trees? I'd like to see some.

Well, I've found a legendary sword called Shark Splitter, which dropped from a boss. It was... delightfully bubbly in appearance, and likewise emitted damaging bubbles whenever it was swung. I also found a hammer (at least, I think it was a hammer) that could shoot a ball of energy horizontally. I don't remember what it was called, but it also dropped from a boss. Oh, and I found a pulse jump tech in a chest on the surface of my starter planet, that was fun.

found this on surface, there was shroom chest and inside mushroom hat blueprint i learned it and forged the hat with 60 shrooms

 

I found a Shark Helmet, sadly I didn't take down the co-ordinates. All I know is it's on a moon in the Beta sector.

 

Today I found a Wizard Hat, funnily enough the description was "A floppy traffic cone".

 

Found a rum barrel backpiece on an avian airship. Flashlights in many different colors and 5 diamonds in a chest.

 

I found a legendary mace, club, javelin or something---

It is made out of bones. When you swing it, it causes a massive explosion that can actually break about blocks (I actually use it to mine ores in soft ground).

After the explosion, it shoots off poison looking skulls in an arc doing additional damage.

It is only 5 armor pen, but 36 or so damage.

I forget the name....Id call it SkullCracker. But i might be making that up.

 

All I found was a bunch of

 

found bunch of stuff, especially blueprints but the most interesting that i got was:
All-seeing cape
which is a back piece

it let's you look further when you press ctrl

 

I did that already (the blueprint deal) and I haven yet to see it in any crafting menu or whatever. I'm very curious as to what it is.

Update:
I've found a Wedding Veil in a bandit camp and I've found a Floran prison on my new Home World that I've yet to clear, but I'm hoping for an uncommon sword. Having a bit of difficulty given that there's lava pits everywhere and the rifle shots are constantly knocking me in though. orz

Edit: I also got two bandit hoods from that camp, but I don't know how "rare" they are.
