So uh... My friend found the Ultimate Grief.

We were playing Starbound tonight and while en route to a new planet, I threw a bomb and killed one of my friends. In retaliation he decided to place a propeller in my ship... He placed it right next the teleport pad so the next time I entered my ship I would die. When I went back to my ship I immediately died and we all had a good laugh. After about five minutes of constantly dying I said "so no one's going to come move this thing?" to which the my friends replied "We would but every time we beam there we die too". I was a little concerned so I disconnected and joined a single player game to see if it was still there and it was... The propeller constantly killing me with no escape. It was as though my character had been banished to some sort of demented version of hell, where he would reside for eternity. There, pain would be endless, unforgiving and horrific. All you would hear is the sound of the propeller whurling in its unrelentless terror. I told my friends and we all realized that my character had been essentially deleted by a propeller.
