So a thing happened in Erchius Mining Base...

I beat the boss.

I go to the chest, all hyped up.

I bulk-move the crystals and go to the ship only to find out that my inventory was full and they did not get picked up.

No big deal, I do the base again.

No Crystals, but mission log reports quest as done. I seem to have broken it.

 

Try to visit "infinity store" (first shop on outpost)
they will sell crystals after you finish moon base mission
