WIP [SMAPI] WarpMod V0.2

WarpMod allows you to create custom waypoints and teleport to them.

The file which contains your saved waypoints, will be in the same directory as the "WarpMod.dll"

Install:
Place "WarpMod.dll" in your "%appdata%\Roaming\StardewValley\Mods" directory and start the game via StardewModdingAPI.exe

Usage:
Press "F10" while In-Game

This is a very useful mod and I'm quite enjoying it.

There seems to be a bug in the Warp Mod menu, however. When I type in the name of a new save location, the tabs at the top of the menu disappear. I can still save the location and it shows up in the XML, but neither Escape nor F9 exit out of the Warp Mod menu at that point, preventing me from doing anything in game except warping to various already saved locations.

I have managed to save a number of useful locations by going to the spot, saving them to Warp Mod, and then closing the game process, but it does make adding new locations a bit of a hassle.

I have found this too, but if you type the name of your new warp location, press enter, then press save you can continue in the game.

can someone help me to install that mod? Is it working?

I dont have a "WarpMod.dll" in the downloaded package .. neither do I have a StardewModdingAPI.exe

The mod doesn't seem to work. I have it installed, I hit F10 in-game, and nothing happens. Not sure if it's a conflict, all I have installed right now, other than sprite/portrait mods, an updated farm cave, and an extremely buggy though it hasn't affected me yet farmhouse expansion) are CJB's automation, CJB's cheat mod, No Friendship Decay (unofficially updated to SMAPI 0.39.2), NPC Map Locations, slower fence decay, chest labels mod, the trainer mod that comes with SMAPI, All Professions, and Jiggly Junimo Bundles.

 

still waiting for work because hitting f10 after install doesnt work

 

In my install, it's F9 instead of F10. Try that maybe?

this is a massively old mod, the chances of it still working are negligible....

Use this instead. You cant set your own points but you can warp pretty much everywhere you could want.

but there is one weird thing if i use the menu and multiplayer mod then on the other screen it always shows my character not moving, any way to fix this?

 

Using multiplayer with any mods is not supported, you do so at your own risk.
