Bug/Issue Small cuts of a few seconds.

    Hello,
    I have a problem that has happened recently, my game is saccade randomly. Small cuts of a few seconds. I reinstalled the game having deleted everything manually, with or without mods, ect.
    An idea ?

      Nobody to help me?
      This bug is really annoying and destroys the fun of playing this great game!
      Always these micro cuts and the character teleports a few meters when it stops cutting.
