I think a slot should be added in a furnace for coal, I don't know if they plan on doing this and I don't recall from the tutorial, but I'm pretty sure it says you'll need cobblestone, a campfire, and some coal, and the crafting recipe doesn't use coal so I assume it's supposed to have a slot in the Smelting UI. Just a thought
Yes because I need something else eating up all my coal, making torches, using it as fuel, and making steel out of it already consumes 150% of my mined coal.
Coal is the worst bottleneck in the game already. Why on earth would you want to add another need for it, one that would make the game quite a bit more fiddly at that?
It's just you. I'm near the end of tier 7 and I still need more than I have at any given point of time.
