Lopunny was actually announced with the last two, but Slowbro and Audino... I mean, I guess it serves a purpose for Audino and it actually looks nice, but the Slowbro just irks. I suppose if you were really paranoid about Sniper-Scope Lens-Focus Energy Kingdra and needed to shut one down, Mega Slowbro would do the job. Not that I would use one, because ew that design.

If you look to the Pokeball icons on the side, you'll see that the first one looks a bit... Off. Dragonith has clearly tampered with the evidence here. Next though, there's something even more suspicious...

Look at the third Pokeball. Not only does it show that Kyogre was captured in a mere Pokeball, but it shows that the Pokémon in it... Isn't currently outside it's ball, even though the picture CLEARLY shows TWO Kyogre.

Finally, the third and final question is, where is Wail Wail Wail's nametag? As shown by the far off Kyogre, the nametag should be right above the head. Since the icons, bar, and more appear, it's clear that he isn't in F1 mode, so the nametag should appear!"

I feel it is in my best interest to intervene in this matter. Consider me the judge.

I do not find anything wrong with the first part of the prosecution's objection, as the photo evidence that has been admitted has substantial weight to cast doubt upon the true identity of this "Not Wailord II". It is sustained.

However, at close inspection of the photo evidence supporting the second part of the objection, I have come to conclude that this is in fact not a tampered pokeball of the result of a graphical glitch or hack, but a tried-and-true Fast Ball, which matches the color scheme of the lid. In addition, this is one of the Kyogre that is clearly shown in the picture as shown via its nameplate, and thus its verity is secured. It is overruled.

As for the third and final part of the objection, it is entirely possible, though extremely unlikely, that the defendant was able to capture a Kyogre within a mere pokeball. As such, the jury is encouraged to ignore the impossibility implied by the prosecution. In addition, the photo evidence presented by the defense only shows three pokemon clearly: one Rayquaza, one Wailord by the name of "Not Wailord", and the third pointed out by the prosecution themselves to be "Not Wailord II" but in the form of what appears to be a Gligar. The two Kyogre the prosecution claims to be clearly visible have already been identified, and as such it is reasonable that the third Kyogre within the defendant's possession would not be outside its pokeball, and following that logic, it would be reasonable that it would not have a visible nameplate. It is also overruled.

Today's trial has proven to be inconclusive on all accounts except for one: that the defendant, Mr. Dragonith, does indeed have one Wailord by the name of "Not Wailord". I am looking forward to the continuation of this trial in the following days. COURT DISMISSED.

I honestly keep looking at the picture and cannot for the life of me figure out where the supposed third Kyogre missing its nameplate the prosecution speaks of is. As far as I am aware, there is one real Kyogre by the name of "Not Wailord" and one deceptive pokemon that cannot be properly identified except by the nameplate of "Not Wailord II" but is touted as a Kyogre. I do not see any other pokemon claimed to by Kyogre in the picture.

Edit: It appears to be my mistake that I could not see the Kyogre that is obscuring the Rayquaza. Because my monitor is extraordinarily dim, I could not see the darkened figure of the Kyogre to the far right. This has been remedied by pulling up the exhibit on another monitor. A review of the new evidence will be shortly posted.

No but the mega will make it at least noticed by more than a few people. If nobody gave a crap about a pokemon then why would they put all the effort it takes into making that one and porting it to every other pokemon game that will ever come out? If you give it a mega evolution, it becomes less of something sort of there and more of something you'll be seeing.

Granted it's usable in OU, but I've never actually had to fight against one ever, which tells me that whatever it does, others might be able to do it better or that little people care about it, to the point where even if it was good. Also am I the only one who doesn't have too many complaints with mega designs at all?

Yes, so it's going to have a mega in order for it to be seen online and be more than a punching bag.
They either do stuff that will make the fans of some pokemon happy, say with mewtwo, salemence, and etc. powerful pokemon, or they'll do it so that you actually have a reason to use those pokemon.

EDIT: Apparently the quote on mewtwo is missing somehow even though it's in the edit menu so;

Sooo, Articuno fainted on me, and I don't know why.
It's moves were Mist, Tailwind, Powder Snow and Icicle Spear. It wasn't confused, burned, poisoned or anything else that would cause damage over time, and it couldn't have used struggle since it only used Icicle spear once.

Can I request a mulligan? Or could someone tell me WHAT happened?
